Best experience ever

When I was deciding to sell my home, I asked a friend for a recommendation for a realtor to work with. I was given Kim's name and I called her that day. Right from that very first phone call, I knew that working with Kim was going to be a great experience, and I wasn't wrong. Kim's knowledge and experience helped my home selling / buying adventure to be without stress and actually fun at times. She with with me during the moments of stress, and she was there to celebrate when the process was moving along. Kim was very thorough in her research, and she took the time to explain all of the aspects of selling / buying and she went through all of the paperwork as it came up. Her marketing of my home was top-notch, and as a result of her hard work, my home sold in 2 days. And as a buyer of a newly constructed home, she helped me with all of the ins and outs of that and worked with me daily on the hiccups that came up. I would absolutely go to Kim if I ever move again.
