•Howard understands real estatehe is knowledgeable about market trends and nuanced in his approach as he carefully studies the neighborhood where you are selling or buying your home. Not only does he brings a vast amount of knowledge, he will walk you through the step by step on how to prep your home for open houses, he will connect you through the different agencies needed to sell/buy your home, the mortgage companies, appraisers, movers, etc... we put our house for sale and in two weeks we had multiple offers. Howard negotiated astutely with the différents buyers to get us a price we were comfortable with. More importantly Howard does not believe in transactional deals but in building life long relationships with his clients. In fact we met Howard 6 years ago when we bought the home and he represented the seller. We liked his genuineness and friendly demeanor that we kept in touch and when he was time to sale, I called him. I would recommend Howard to anyone on the market selling or buying a home.
