Not only does he brings a vast amount of knowledge, he will walk you through the step by step on how to prep your home for open houses, he will connect you through the different agencies needed to sell/buy your home, the mortgage companies, appraisers, movers, etc... we put our house for sale and in two weeks we had multiple offers. Howard negotiated astutely with the différents buyers to get us a price we were comfortable with. More importantly Howard does not believe in transactional deals but in building life long relationships with his clients.
