•We contacted Erica Foraker when we decided to sell a condominium property. It was in poor condition. We discussed strategies to make it attractive to buyers. I had the walls painted and the kitchen cabinets refurbished. I also had the carpet deep cleaned. Erica recommended a cleaner who cleaned the unit until it literally sparkled. She also took care of bringing the smoke detectors and some electrical outlets up to code. She communicated well with the Home Owners Association. She responded to text messages and emails quickly. She was upbeat and positive throughout the entire process. Erica wrote a beautiful description of the property which I am sure brought people in to look at the condo. She explained how she arrived at a listing price and I liked the way she thinks. Turns out everything she did was just right. We are grateful for her expertise in selling our condo in just 2 days for the full asking price.
