We contacted Erica Foraker when we decided to sell a condominium property. It was in poor condition. We discussed strategies to make it attractive to buyers. I had the walls painted and the kitchen cabinets refurbished. I also had the carpet deep cleaned. Erica recommended a cleaner who cleaned the unit until it literally sparkled.
