•We had the great fortune of having Troy on our side during the search, finding, and closing of our first home. And now as I write this from the comfort of our first home, I must say we couldn't be happier! From the moment you meet Troy it is evident that he is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, but more importantly to my wife and I, he is equally genuine and honest. Troy was patient with us (as we took a very long time in finding the perfect home), which we greatly appreciated. He is also quick to respond to correspondence and always accessible and willing to answer questions throughout the entirety of the process. Troy's knowledge of the market and Marin County in general is something you want on your team! He has a vast knowledge and understanding on this beautiful area. When the time came to close on our home Troy showed his expertise in the process, and got us a very good deal. He is personal and friendly, and that is an added bonus when it comes time to closing, and is just refreshing in general. We couldn't be happier with our home and we are forever grateful that we had Troy Luchessi on our team!
