•I met Florence at an open house in my neighborhood several years before I was ready to sell. I stayed in touch with her via email and she kept me updated on property values and sales in my area. When the time came for me to sell, I contacted her and explained that I had a resale "flipper" company interested in buying my house , and a private party, and I did not want the hassle of hiring and having repairs done on my own. She openly discussed the pros and cons with me and presented her plan for the sale of my property. Her plan and support made so much sense that I signed with her and she handled all the hiring and monitored all the repairs and updates. I had already moved out of the area. Her expertise at marketing my property made for a quick and profitable sale. She talked me through all the offers made and helped me understand the strength and weaknesses. I would definitely work with her again. She made the process stress free for me.
