One of the best

I am in my first home because of Ashley! There was other offers, even probably better than my offer but because Ashley was prompt and knowledgeable and that got my offer was accepted. This was the only home I looked at and got it. It pays to have a realtor who can talk that talk. She kept me up to date on everything and even gave me pointers on some things that would of definitely slipped my mind. My lender was also happy to work with her as well.

Monique was great! From NJ & on a TIGHT timeline!

Monique was great! We are originally from NJ and were looking to purchase in FL, so we were not 100% about the areas. She had the answers that we needed. Also, we were on a tight time schedule with flying in and only being there for a few days and Monique packed in as much as she could that she truly believed we would love.
