Monique was great! We are originally from NJ and were looking to purchase in FL, so we were not 100% about the areas. She had the answers that we needed. Also, we were on a tight time schedule with flying in and only being there for a few days and Monique packed in as much as she could that she truly believed we would love. She was able to help us find what worked best for our family. We clicked Monique right from the start. She is friendly, honest, reliable and just an overall pleasure to work with.
