My husband and I expressed interest in 1956 Via Delle Arti over in Henderson, NV. Steve immediately made himself available to talk to us about it, and get things moving right away. Both my husband and I travel a lot, and Steve did an absolutely wonderful job representing us as the buyers for this property. He was super quick to get us the information we needed to get the process going, and stood strong as our representative when it came to "nudging" the process along on the finance end. He is extremely professional, polite, and very knowledgeable on which point (or which order of steps), we should be in throughout the process as payments were made, and information was recorded. He did not let any detail slip by without our review, approval, or acknowledgement. He knows his stuff, and we truly thank him for watching out for us, all while maintaining the integrity and honesty of the entire transaction with the seller. Steve is also a very bright and welcoming personality. He is immediately approachable, and will make sure you do not end any conversations with unanswered questions. Its rare to work with people who want to make sure you are satisfied with each step of the process, and Steve is one of them! Definitely take the opportunity to work with him if you can. We highly recommend him and the Keller n' Jadd team in Las Vegas, and we look forward to working with him in the future as we continue expanding our portfolio. Thanks!
