Lynda dressed up my house, did all the work to list it and was on top of each and every showing. I had 2 offers after only 3 days on the market..that speaks for itself. She was amazing with communicating right up till the last paper was signed. I would recommend Lynda to anyone!

I came across Eliza when I was looking for a home for my son’s family and myself when I’m not snowbirding. Her job wasn’t an easy one because I had a specific idea in mind but she rose to the challenge house after house after house. Eliza stuck with me until I found the right one in the right neighborhood in a convenient part of town. I can’t tell you how many hours she spent with me but she more than earned her money and always showed up with a smile and positive attitude. She was available, accommodating, and patient. I recommend Eliza fully, without hesitation, and wholeheartedly. She is the consummate professional and a kind person. I would hire her again without question.

I met Kevin summer of 2025 randomly after clicking on a home on zillow.com. He was the agent that picked it up. Little did I know how lucky I would become months later. It is tedious to detail the past months to the present, but I found a home and sold mine simultaneously. Kevin and his team were there the whole time. From preparing my home to sell while securing my new home, he was there through thick and thin. Never overbearing or pushy, never demanding. A man with integrity. As time went on here is what stood out: he will outwork, out-compete, and earn every bit of your sale or buy or both. He has a team in place for every step of the way. After about 300 phone calls between us over the course of 6 months, with time to reflect on the process after it is now said and done, I wholeheartedly, without pretension or hesitation recommend Kevin and the Faatz team. You will not be disappointed. I wrote this review not under duress nor for any monetary incentive. Only to give credit where credit is due. prompt responses, very accommodating and conscientious. even after sale closed and i wanted to see if former owner had some paperwork for some items left she followed through and got the paperwork to me.

Tyler is very knowledgeable and professional. He listened to all our needs and made sure he delivered exactly what we wanted . After a few showings we managed to find exactly what we wanted . He communicates very well and he was available to us anytime we needed him .He explains things in terms that’ you can understand . I would use him again in my next house hunting .
