With TJs help we were able to close on the perfect home for our family within 45 days. As soon as we had an accepted offer, TJ acted quickly with the help of his amazing network to list the house we were selling. Amanda and her husband Kevin, also a realtor for MOVE did a great job for us. Always available to answer questions no matter how trivial, and went above and beyond to ensure our ease and comfort level. Ex- During our walk through the new home before closing, we realized the chest freezer was full of old ice encrusted food. They offered to remove it and it was gone by the time we had keys in hand. They also helped us get our house ready to show with ideas and tips and sometimes elbow grease. They helped us in the purchasing of our new home, and to sell our home of 30 years. We are so grateful for all their help throughout this process. We loved the two for one, divide and conquer, family style approach. We highly recommend both Amanda and Kevin Faatz.

By way of background, we are first-time home buyers. We had no idea about the process whatsoever when we first started taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process. This is where Cristina Battle came into the picture, the amount of effort and time she put into walking us through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, she spent her entire evening walking us through the “big picture.” From there on out, she was always available to provide us with the information that we needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of our sanity) – every decision that we made, small or big, mattered to her. Not only did we feel like we had all the information we needed to make those decisions, but we also felt like we were in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, we didn’t know all of the right questions we should be asking (or do’s and don’ts, for example) and she would proactively provide this information, which made us feel like we were walking through this process with eyes wide open. From an expectations perspective, we don’t know how Cristina Battle does it, but she does. Cristina was able to make the " relator jargon" make sense and allow us to understand the ins and outs of what the process entailed. Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested as well in buying a home, having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with expectations was such a lifesaver and made us feel so at ease throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Cristina Battle to anyone, who may be interested in purchasing a home.
