She advised us on a value that she felt would make for a quick transaction. She wasn’t kidding. Three weeks later, we had an offer that we accepted which quickly followed with a bank commitment. We weren’t expecting it to happen so soon and ended up having to rush our move to meet the closing date. She is extremely personable and very easy to talk to and work through the details. Kristin met with us and evaluated what we could sell out property for. She arranged a fantastic photographer to take pictures and within 4 days we had 8 showings and 2 offers. She was amazing to work with and I would definitely recommend her to anyone. The whole process was pleasant!!
