Kristin and Joe were absolutely phenomenal. I could not imagine finding better agents. I was selling my home to move out of state, and they were so flexible and understanding. Especially because, as a first-time seller, I didn’t know what to expect. Ella did a great job for us! The current market is pretty crazy, and though we have purchased homes in the past, this experience was very different given the extremely low inventory right now. Ella was very knowledgeable about the realities of such a competitive market, and was key to our being successful in purchasing the right house for us. Ella was very responsive to any questions we had, and made herself available when we needed her. It was clear she represented us as the buyers and had our interests first in mind throughout the whole process. She was also very flexible, and able to schedule multiple showings in a block so that we could be more efficient when looking at homes. Ashley listened to what we needed in a house and made sure we were always looking at viable options. For example, she made sure that we stayed within our desired school district, price range, and that the house had what we needed (2.5 bathrooms). She responded quickly to all requests and questions (typically within 2 hours or less) and was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend working with Ashley if you get the chance.
