We had the wonderful experience of having Dana Tanaglia of Access Paradise Reality sell our home in Yacht Club Estates in St. Petersburg, Florida. When we had a glitch with regards to unclosed building permits, she took care of that promptly, and personally, including contacting contractors, and meeting them at the house until all the issues are resolved. I had contacted Dana to list my home after having a bad experience with another realtor who I had list the home and after not selling the home I took it off market . As soon as I had Dana take over listing she had a professional photograher there to take pictures had a nice listing ad put together and got it out on internet getting toms of response right away she set up a open house the first weekend and we had a valid offer by end of weekend and she stayed on the sale working with the purchasers realtor on any issues and we closed relatively quick.
