Steve was a pleasure to work with. He has an extensive knowledge of the community that our property was located in as well as a great network of friends and business associates. He was proactive in all aspects of our transaction from the listing to the closing and willing to help on all the miscellaneous challenges that come up. I would recommend him to anyone selling (or buying) in the Waterlefe community or Bradenton area.
Doug showed us a number of homes and Villas at Palm Aire. He was very responsive in setting up showings and helping us through the process of buying our Villa. After the sale, he checked in with us often to see how things were going with our new place. He knew the area well as his parents had lived there. We were very glad that we had met him at a showing and had decided to use his services. We would certainly recommend him very highly.
I was walking my dog when a neighbor asked me if I was still selling my home. I told her I went online and got the best/most successful agent in Bradenton and was meeting with them that week. She suggested that I should give her Colleague Steven Slocum an opportunity to talk to me before my decision on a listing agent I met with Steve and some of his team and I was so impressed with his knowledge and down to earth manner That I decided to give him a Try at selling my home. He listed my home and sold it within 2 weeks for an agreed upon price. I had previously had my home on the market for 2 years with many agents and no sale, but Steve and his team are the best. e with
On top and prompt of any of our questions and needs. Well Done...
Carolyn is a top rate real estate agent who will sell your home quickly and at the expected comparable market price. Our home was priced right and she sold our home within 4 days after listing. She knows the real estate market and is fully dedicated to meeting the seller’s expectations. Working with Carolyn was a pleasure. From start to finish, she provided excellent guidance, kept us informed, and made sale documentation a snap.
Douglas is an incredible agent to work with! He helped us purchase a home at The Country Club at Lakewood Ranch, and went above and beyond representing us. He knows the market in the Sarasota/Bradenton area we were interested in, and worked closely with our lender to bring a quick close! Douglas is professional, personable and sincerely invested in his approach. We could not recommend him more highly.
Excellent. Steve was professional and quick to respond to any questions. Steve went beyond the standards. If you're looking for a Waterlefe home, Steve is the man.
We have made agents in the past and most were disappointing. Steve is the first no-nonsense agent that actually works on your behalf. His knowledge of the neighborhoods - specifically Waterlefe is second to none as well as his knowledge of what I call the hidden items such as HOA's, CDD's and potential changes to both. He had an excellent history of the neighborhood and information about the club and amenities. We will use Steve again if the need arises.
It was a pleasure to work with Carolyn in the sale of the condo I owned. She was knowledgeable and an ultimate professional. At every stage of the process, she was always available and brought the sale to a speedy and satisfactory conclusion. I would recommend her to anyone who needs the services of a real estate agent.
Carolyn Hoff was very professional and proficient at selling my home. It had some difficult issues, and she was able to work through them and negotiate with skill. She was very communicative with buyers, agents and me in all aspects through to closing . I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Caroline was awesome!! She helped me through the whole prosess of getting a great home for my family. I would highly recommend her. She was very knowledgeable and professional.
We were referred to Carolyn by friends and we worked with her long distance (NJ to FL) to purchase the home we plan on retiring in. She was very knowledgeable and her recommendations were always very accurate. She set us up online and we looked at hundreds of homes and she was able to narrow it down for us to about 30 or so. We would have to say that most of the homes were very close to what we were looking for! We actually purchased the 1st home she showed us and are so very glad we did. We love the home, the area and everything about it. We have recommended her to friends and family and will continue to do so. We feel comfortable knowing that they are in good hands. We had such a wonderful experience with Carolyn!
