We got our new home with Greg during a very competitive time in the market. Though it took us a couple months of searching and a couple bidding wars, Greg's attitude and attention never changed. We were hearing about new houses hitting the market within hours of being listed. Greg did a great job of hearing what we were looking for at each and every home we visited. He had great ideas and pointed out flaws, it really felt like he was trying to help us find our dream home rather than make a sale. The house Greg ended up finding for us was quite a bit under our budget, but Greg was quick to get on the phone and let us know that it really checked all the boxes of wants and needs that we had been talking about during our search. It was a great experience, we felt no pressure from Greg and really appreciated his expertise and knowledge when it came to finding the right home at the right price.
