Charles Laird has been licensed in Michigan as a full time Realtor since 2004. His experience includes working with multi-million dollar properties, investment properties, residential short sales and landlord tenant transactions. He has also worked as a Loan Officer and a property manager for out-of-state and in-state investors, who depended on him to ensure their investments are protected. As a notary, he has also spent some time as a closing agent as well. As a former loan officer, Charles brings an extensive knowledge of the entire residential real estate transaction simply because he has experience in all phases of a deal. And by using the latest technology available in the market, he assists buyers and sellers in making the most informed decisions when it comes to buying and selling. Charles brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to every real estate transaction, thus providing an excellent resource for his clients. One of the things that Charles says contributes to his success is his genuine concern for helping people.
