Great experience

Kathryn is the one you want on your side!
Kathryn exceeded all our expectations in the process of buying our first home.. From day one of contact to even the days after closing she was always 100% responsive and diligent in all tasks through the process.. She hits the ground running and gets you what you want for better than you can ask for.. We put a offer on the second of 5 homes we viewed and she delegated and negotiated on the best level for our benefit.. There were various small issues that the property needed resolved before we would close, she was involved with every concern and on the phone helping us and the sellers find the best resolve so that we could all go to closing with piece of mind.. If you need a realtor warrior on your team look no further.. Kathryn is the one!

So helpful with a quick close!
We reached out to Kathryn about potentially selling our home and purchasing a home in our dream neighborhood. Even though she served as our buying agent, she even provided advice for selling our home as well. She was very helpful and explained every part of the process when making an offer on the home we purchased and going through the closing process, which only lasted a few weeks for us! She answered my calls right away every time I called (which was a lot!).
