Joy was a pleasure to work with and had a lot of patience. I expressed my need and desires for the home I was looking for and this was the first home I personally purchased 100% on my own. She was helpful and always pleasant with me as I am can be stubborn and difficult at times. She helped me with finding the right home for my children and I. This was a process that took some time and she showed us a plethora of houses. It had all we were looking for plus character and in the school district with the right price. She was there with me every step, kept me informed all the way through and we have a home that is perfect for our family. I recommend her to anyone that is buying or selling a home. She always has a smile and makes You feel at ease and confident in your decision

I have tried Joy on various occasions to sell property, she has never made a sale or even brought an offer. I have had to go with another realtor to get various properties sold. EXTREMELY hard to get in touch with, would not call back for weeks after numerous attempts and left messages. I'm sure she's great when you want to buy, but not to sell.
