I have tried Joy on various occasions to sell property, she has never made a sale or even brought an offer. I have had to go with another realtor to get various properties sold. EXTREMELY hard to get in touch with, would not call back for weeks after numerous attempts and left messages. I'm sure she's great when you want to buy, but not to sell.

We are very please with what Joy has done for us she was very prompt calling us back when we left her a message. When we wanted to look at a house we called her up and she made arrangements the same day and she was always on time. We highly recommend her if you are looking to buy a house.
