She is by no means pushy or will try to convince you. However, once you decide on a house that you want, she will make sure you get it. I had no issues about winning offers and bids during a time when the market was super competitive. Her work ethic is aggressive and I mean that in the best way possible. There were moments when I thought that buying my dream home was no longer an option, but Raquel must have a magic wand because she was always able to find a solution. THAT is when having any real estate agent versus having an EXPERT makes a difference. I can't recommend her enough. She is great. From beginning to end she is an amazing realtor. She has an answer for all the tough questions and is always there to keep the process rolling. She is the true definition of REALTOR. She holds your hand throughout the entire process which makes for a smooth transaction. New home construction is not an easy navigation but with Raquel it is a lot less stressful as she keeps tabs on the entire process and notifies you of any and all changes. I don't think I would have completed this transaction without her help, she keeps you calm during the phase of construction and the major storm of closing with the builder. I had first met Raquel when she began showing me homes with my first home. She gave us great listings and showed us different properties. She worked diligently and was able to get the job done.
