We were fortunate enough to not only buy our first home with Raquel but to sell it with her as well. In both instances she was professional and communicative every step of the way. We had many questions both times and she was patient, knowledgeable, and kind every step of the way. Down to shipping us moving boxes to assist with the move and walking us step by step through closing. Let me not forget to mention how ferocious she was when we received “low ball” offers in a sellers market. I was really nervous about buying a home, the way that the market was, a lot of people trying to take advantage etc. when i got in contact with raquel all doubt went away just from our first conversation. she is a person that is for you the whole time before, during and after the whole process. Very knowledgeable about anything that has to do with buying or selling a house plus more. Definitely a very nice and easy experience, would recommend to anyone.
