The hot water heater was replaced in 2023 and has a warranty that goes until October 2029. The roof was replaced in 2018. This home is an excellent place for entertaining, whether inside or outside. It is located a short drive to the beach or anything that the North Myrtle Beach area has to offer. This is a very unique property that you need to see to appreciate.
