A letter from the seller: We loved our time living at 1345 K St. The views and abundant light made us happy every day. We loved the neighborhood and starting our day with a morning walk to Lincoln Park or a bike ride along the water on the Anacostia trail. Every weekend we took a walk to the Farmer’s Market at Eastern Market for fresh vegetables and fish. We’d often read or have an afternoon cocktail on our balcony before walking to Little Pearl or Caruso’s Grocery, our favorite neighborhood restaurants. Having moved to DC from NYC, having our own parking space made leaving town to go on a hike or visit a vineyard made day trips and grocery shopping so easy. Our neighbors and the building were truly wonderful. The common areas are cleaned weekly and any issues that arise are addressed swiftly between the board and the management company. It is the best condo we have owned. We were both very sad to leave when our jobs took us elsewhere.
