Overview

Sold when submitted. A rare opportunity to own one of Greater Cincinnati's most iconic estates- a historic French Chateau built in 1937 and perched high on Pond Run. Nearly 10,000 sq ft, this masterpiece offers 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, and 9 ornate fireplaces with original Rookwood tile. Hardwood floors, Philippine woodwork, vintage tiled baths, and a working elevator preserve its old-world charm, while ensuite bedrooms and a finished lower level add modern comfort. Entertain in style with a pool house featuring living quarters, a gunite pool, and plenty of outdoor hosting space. Built to endure with thick brick walls, leaded ornate gutters, and a red clay tile roof that never needs replacement. The property also includes a 4-car garage, 80x50 Amish-built pole barn, and 26 beautiful acres. Enjoy your private retreat on the cabin in the woods with incredible views! Less than 20 minutes to downtown Cincinnati, this estate is truly a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!
