Blue Rock Manor is conveniently located to local shopping and easy access to I95 and Wellseley Ave in particular is a very short street with minimal traffic and only steps from the Fairfax/Blue Rock Manor Park. This is a well-built brick four-bedroom home that is underpriced because of the updates needed. If you are willing to put into the house the updates that are needed, you will have a great home with your personal touches that will fit your needs for a long time.
