Back on Market. This is a very unique property. 4.65 acres of gently sloping land, behind a locked gate. Very desirable area in the north of Iredell County. Would be suitable for a variety of uses. It was once used as a community pool and recreation center, called the Union Grove Recreation Club. Families brought their children to swim and have fun here on hot summer days. There is an in-ground pool, which needs to be resurfaced, along with pool equipment that does work per sellers, but has not been used in a long time. There is a long, low, concrete block building that contains several rooms including; men's and women's bathrooms/ changing rooms, a room for the pool equipment, and a general room that opens up to a covered porch area where they served snacks from a window.
