Deanna is a top-notch professional. She handled sales for my sister and me due to a large estate inheritance (sale of several tracts of land and a large home with 45+ acres}. We relied on her marketing skills to guide us to a successful outcome and were very pleased with the results. She is very thorough and communicated issues needed to work us through some difficult decisions. She also handled the sale of a rental property for a very pleasing outcome. She was quick to respond not only to us but to negotiate promptly with potential buyers. I would highly recommend Deanna Williams. She was a joy to work with.
