A raised dining platform connects to a custom circular kitchen and private den with fireplace, the grounds unfold seamlessly through a wall of glass to the expansive exterior terracing, pool, and breathtaking mountain views.A lavish primary suite is reached via a grand staircase to a private glassed perch featuring panoramic views. A generous dressing room/bathroom is concealed by built-in wardrobe closets centered around a circular tub, and an intimate balcony is accessible allowing for a discrete observation deck. All bedrooms, three lower and one upper, are en-suite, two sharing an exterior terrace. In 2021 the home went under a thoughtful renovation with restored original architectural details of stone and poured terrazzo floors, bringing the house back to it's original intent and receiving a Class-One historic designation. 2023 brought additional improvements of a higher level of luxury and sophistication. This iconic house is in the Vista Las Palmas neighborhood and is the largest Alexander-built home with the largest pool and best lot.
