Squeaky clean and move in ready! Beautiful home on a large easily maintained attractive lot. Primary bedroom appears to have been expanded and a private full bath added. We believe the "extra" room off dining area was originally a covered patio that was enclosed by a previous owner. My thinking is that the actual square footage may be larger than what shows on assessor roll. I came up with a little over 1,200 sq/ft when I ran my tape. We do not warrant the actual sqft in any way. Buyers and buyer's agent to satisfy themselves as to boundaries and sizes. Extra room could be used as a den, office, or possibly a bedroom.
