This is the second time Dave and Sally helped me sell a home. Only this time they also helped me purchase the home of my dreams. I followed their suggestions for staging my home to sell and to their advice on what to look for in a new home and could not be happier with the results! With Sally’s great marketing and Dave’s connections and direction on some needed touch up and repairs, my house sold in ONE day! And I love my new condo. Terri does more than list your home or sell you a home. She is a definite partner in the journey. Terri assisted us when we bought our home in Franklin and now, 5 years later, she sold our home for us. She remained a great resource for all that time and we consider her a friend.
