If I were Elite Realty, I would find a different title company and a different sign company. Fast signs planted the for sale sign, and then every time the wind blew, there clips straightened out and the signs fell to the ground. After the third time I threw there clips in the garbage and put electrical tye wraps on and had no further issues.
