Audra helped us through the process of getting exactly what we wanted when we weren't sure that we were going to find it. We were very specifically looking for a condo or home as close to downtown Madison as possible that was within our budget and was move-in ready. We'd been looking fairly casually on our own, but knew that we needed expert help. On the referral of a friend who had worked with her, we got in contact with Audra. Because of her knowledge of the market and her investment in finding us a home, we found a condo close to downtown that fit all of our needs (and wants, which is not always the case) within a week and a half of our meeting with her. Audra helped us draw up the offer and advised us well on how to proceed from there; she was there for us every step of the way. From inspection to closing, she had our backs. Though we didn't need help with financing, Audra knew where to go if we did. She's knowledgeable, thoughtful, and honest--three qualities we really valued in this relationship.
