This is a review of my experience working with John Hartfiel. My wife and I decided we were ready to purchase our first house. We discussed possible real estate agents and we did some research on the internet. We were given a lot of different recommendations of some big time realtors but we wanted to use a small company who would have our best interests at hand. We decided to setup a meeting with John and from the first minute we met him; we were very comfortable. If you want someone to SELL you a house then I suggest you don’t use John Harfiel. He isn’t a salesman. A real estate agent shouldn’t sell you a house. A real estate should be neutral and answer your questions. They should not sway you to purchase a home. John is very knowledgeable and at the end of the day he wanted to make sure we were happy with our decision. Throughout the entire process John shared listings that fit our criteria. He kept in constant communication with us. There was not one time that he tried to push us to purchase. John answered all of our questions and pointed out any possible concerns we might have with the property. I personally feel we received personal attention that we may not have received with a big time agent. Additionally he helped us by explaining the entire process from beginning to closing on a house. I would recommend John to anyone who would want to purchase a house.
