We cannot recommend Nick enough!  Throughout the entire process, he was patient, supportive, and made home buying enjoyable, judgment-free, and exciting. When we felt discouraged ( because we were picky 🙄) , Nick helped us stay hopeful and reminded us that the right home was out there. Thanks to his dedication, we finally found our forever home. Nick was also amazing with our two-year-old son, Jamie. While my husband and I talked through homes and plans, Jamie always loved spending time with Nick. Purchasing a new home: We started looking for a new home without really know what we wanted. After seeing so many homes with her, we were able to prioritize our needs. Lisa helped us negotiate with the builder and informed us the process. We are very happy with the purchase.<br/><br/>Selling a home: Our previous house was listed with her. It was like a miracle sale! When we were working on painting the house, Lisa called us and said that we needed to get the house listed in a couple of days. She said she may have found a buyer. To make a long story short, the buyer accepted our counteroffer within a FEW days of the listing date.
