We cant recommend Haeley enough if you are looking for a realtor. She has quickly turned into someone that we not only respect, but deeply admire. When you are selling or buying a house, you want someone who is a good communicator because SO many questions will arise. Haeley is excellent at responding and helping answer anything and everything that comes up. She is thorough, very knowledgeable, fair and just an all around hard worker. Where does one begin? From the very start of working alongside Kelly Miller to sell our lake home, we knew we were in very competent hands. She did research with various comps, reviewed information that we did not realize we would need to have available to potential buyers, and of course, made the listing non-stressful. Kelly was with us every step of the way, answering any questions or concerns we had, and giving moral support. One of Kelly's strong attributions was knowing when we needed to take a break. I cannot stress the importance of how this process was about selling our home, on our terms, and timeline. Not once did we feel pressured that we needed to hurry up and get our home listed. Kelly was very knowledgeable in helping us find the right price to list our house at. Never did we expect to receive $70,000 over the asking price. Our experience with Kelly was wonderful.
