He helped us every step of the way, answering all of our questions and bringing up even small details to help us sell our home. His marketing is excellent, and the photographer he uses is top-notch. When he listed the property we had an open house with over 30 interested buyers, a number of private showings, and in three days had 5 offers. And this was in winter, supposedly a slow time for the real estate market. Steve made the entire process enjoyable, especially with his humor. We joked around a lot, but when Steve needed to negotiate he got down to business and really knew his stuff.
