Our experience with Jim was amazing. From the get-go he was extremely helpful and informative, making sure we were aware of all the ins and outs of real estate and explaining them in a way we could understand. He was always willing to come tour a house with us pretty much regardless of the distance or time, and would give us his frank opinion on whether a given place was worth writing an offer for or not. We had several different types of housing options we were exploring, and Jim graciously kept an eye out for all the possibilities (and there were plenty!). When we did write offers, Jim walked us carefully through every step of the process and helped us to be both competitive and budget-friendly. Our search lasted for about four months, and Jim patiently journeyed with us until we found the right place. We would absolutely utilize Jim's services again whenever there is a need!
