We unexpectedly found ourselves with an accepted offer on a lake home. We had been through the looking process multiple times, only to be disappointed with the news that the house had already sold. So, when given the very unexpected and wonderful news that we had an accepted offer, we needed to move very quickly to sell our home. Teri jumped into action immediately, getting us paperwork on a Sunday morning so that we could move things forward as quickly as possible. We had lived in our home for many years, raising our kids there and knew the process would be bittersweet for us! She reviewed each potential buyer and gave us many pointers on how to best present our home to potential buyers. All of her hard work paid off and we ended up selling our home within a week!
