Kathy was such a great realtor to work with. I met her through a friend who also had his house sold thru Kathy. I told her I would love to sell but needed to find the right place that would make the move worth it. It was a tall order one that I did figure would get filled but out of the blue, months if not a year later, Kathy called and said she may have something for me and it was a perf ct fit Kathy made everything with selling so easy, it went super fast, when I had to do something she would already be on top and have me or some other sourceb

Tim has been great to work with when selling my home. Provides honest good feedback and easy to work with. Very good and fast with communications as well. Highly recommend him!
