Trish and staff were just awesome! A lot has changed in the 30+ years since selling and buying a house, and they helped immensely with the on-line paperwork processing. Trish is a proponent of the "value range" listing pricing whereas the other realtors we talked to were leery of it and put a substantially lower listing on their quotes. Not only did we get offers from the first two showings, but sold and closed the house at the top of the price range that Trish suggested. I understand that a complex undertaking as buying and selling real estate is can have its challenges, but the few we incurred were handled quickly and professionally. This all occurred during the peak of the Covid situation!
