She has a wealth of experience and knowledge and was so willing to answer all our questions — and we had many. She even helped us decide how best to stage the home so the pictures she took would reflect the best features of the home. She worked through the weekend to have the listing ready at the beginning of the week and kept us informed of any interest and all the showings. After we received an offer she was so helpful walking us through the rest of the process all the way through the closing. Diana was always available and frequently connected with us by email or phone to answer our questions and to make sure we understood what she was doing and our role in completing the sale.
