Karen Spinti and I met a couple of years ago when my mom and I attended one of her open houses. We hit it off right away, and I asked for her business card. At the time, I wanted to move, but my husband thought we could remodel instead (we just needed to figure out cost effectiveness of both). She put me on her email list to check out new homes on the market. She checked in with me to see if we had made any decisions. Fast forward through Covid, and my husband finally decided to jump on board with finding a new home (we needed more space) in July 2021. Anytime we wanted to see a house, Karen made an appointment immediately. We found our new home in August 2021, and Karen came to the current home to see what we needed to do in order to get ready to sell. We really didn't have a whole lot to do, and our home was on the market in 10 days. The house went up for sale on a Thursday, had 2 open houses over the weekend, and reviewed all offers by Monday afternoon. Karen came over to go over all offers, and explained what was in the offers in order for us to make a decision right for us. The whole way between buying a new home and selling our home went seamless. I was pretty "neurotic" the whole time, and Karen took it like a pro. She is very knowledgeable about the market, and processes. Definitely would recommend and work with her again.

I heard of Don from friends. Don came out to assess my home within days of us speaking. Whenever I had a question, he was very patient and quickly returned my calls. I was able to reach him by call, email, or text. He always got back to me and kept me updated throughout the process. I honestly do not know when he has a day off. He sought my best interest and took the time to make sure I received the best offer for my home. Don was very knowledgeable regarding the home selling process. I would advise anyone who is thinking of selling their home and wants someone to work hard on their behalf to consider Don Cornelius. I cannot thank him enough for everything he did, including meeting me close to my job to make sure I received paperwork.
