Tony is extremely responsive. I can’t remember a time through the whole house hunt and closing process where one of our questions wasn’t answered or followed up with. With it being our first house, we were very unsure of what we wanted, had periods of looking here and there, not looking too much and weekends packed with tours and open houses. Tony was very patient with us through the whole process and us changing what we wanted and our budget. He was very professional and trustworthy. I knew he had our best interest in mind. He was very knowledgeable about the conditions of houses and what could be unexpected future problems. I learned a lot from him through the whole process. While we don’t anticipate needing a new house anytime soon. If we were to list our house or looking for other houses, he would be our first call.

Working with Jessica was an incredible experience from start to finish. As first-time homebuyers, the process felt overwhelming at times, but Jessica made it much easier by guiding us through every step with patience, expertise, and genuine care. She took the time to explain the nuances of the market, answer our many questions, and ensure we felt confident and informed throughout our home-buying journey. From the very beginning, she demonstrated exceptional market knowledge and expertly guided us in putting together competitive, well-structured pricing offers that gave us a clear edge in a highly competitive market. As first-time buyers, having her strategic advice and insight was invaluable and helped us avoid common pitfalls. What stood out most was her integrity and judgment. She wasn't just focused on closing a deal; she genuinely cared about helping us make the right decision. More than once, she advised us against making impulsive or overpriced offers, always keeping our best interests at the forefront. That level of honesty and trust is rare and deeply appreciated. Her communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. Jessica was consistently available, kept us informed every step of the way, and answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly. We always felt supported, informed, and confident in our decisions because of her guidance. If you want a dedicated, honest, knowledgeable, and strategic agent who will advocate for you every step of the way, look no further than Jessica. We are incredibly grateful for her expertise and support as first-time homebuyers, and we would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

Rod was absolutely fantastic! We were highly recommended to work with him when it came time to sell our home and purchase our next one, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Rod helped us price our home competitively to attract buyers while also giving us honest, practical advice about what was worth fixing and what we could leave as-is. With our 100-year-old home, we expected there might be a few hiccups along the way, so we wanted to be prepared. Instead, we received offers within two days and sold our home in just over three weeks for 10k over asking! From listing our home, to selling it, to purchasing our new home, the entire process took barely a month. Everything went incredibly smoothly, and we give a huge amount of credit to Rod Drendel for making it happen. He was knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and truly made the entire experience feel like smooth sailing. We are so grateful for all of his help and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
