It’s not often you come across someone who has a true passion for what they do, but my wife and I were lucky enough to find that person in Terri. For a year and a half, we searched for our dream property in the Northwoods, only to lose properties before we could even submit an offer. To make it harder, we were searching 4½ hours from Terri’s home base. There is so much that goes into getting a house and I would be completely lost if it were not for Terri! She helped me understand every step of the process and was always available when I had questions. She is always prompt with her responses and very detailed with her answers. You can tell she has a lot of experience, she knows what questions to ask and how to negotiate terms with other agents so you are able to get the best outcome. She was able to help me get my roof replaced before closing, which was phenomenal! She also made sure to follow up with me after closing to make sure everything was going well. She didn’t just leave after the sale was done. She is committed to her work, does an excellent job, and I would highly recommend her!

Terri and her team are great at what they do. Terri was my agent to sell my house and purchase this house. I got more for my home than expected due to her negotiating. I sold the home in one weekend! The purchase was a roller coaster of negotiating and Terri made it happen and got us a new roof in the process at no cost to us.
