Kathy was such a great realtor to work with. I met her through a friend who also had his house sold thru Kathy. I told her I would love to sell but needed to find the right place that would make the move worth it. It was a tall order one that I did figure would get filled but out of the blue, months if not a year later, Kathy called and said she may have something for me and it was a perf ct fit Kathy made everything with selling so easy, it went super fast, when I had to do something she would already be on top and have me or some other sourceb

Thank you Nick Moen for selling our home. Nick worked with my Daughter and her husband in buying their first home. As we look to relocate from Watertown to be closer to family and our jobs in the Milwaukee area, we decided to ask Nick to both sell our home and buy a new home to keep communication with one realtor. Nick was excellent communicator and always explained things in a way we could understand them. He understands how the market works and always gave us options in accepting the offers that came though. He stuck with us until the end - even helping us move a last minute item. I recommend you Pick Nick!
