I was referred to Brenda by the probate attorney helping me settle my father's estate. I had been dragging my feet in getting the house sold because I really just didn't want what I anticipated as being the hassle of working with a real estate agent. I didn't even live in the same state as my father's house, so trying to get a house sold from across the country seemed a daunting task. Boy was I wrong. Brenda was excellent to work with. She immediately went over to the property and reviewed it and discussed what my options were. She made the entire process very easy and simple. She was quick to answer all of our questions and was very informed on all aspects of the house buying process. She made the home searching and buying process pleasant.
