I was so lucky to find Bud when I was buying my first home. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, professional and incredibly responsive. I’ll be honest, I had no idea what I was doing but he was so helpful and made the process fun! A few years later my fiancé was ready to put his house on the market so I recommended Bud. He met with us at home, which was so convenient. Within 2 days the house was under contract for asking price. It was painless! He’s an absolutely great guy to work with.

I would definitely recommend Cynthia as I though she was extremely professional, prompt, dependable and always courteous. She was very understanding when it came to personal issues and stepped up to the plate when needed. Top notch when it comes to negotiation!!!!

Mindy's knowledge and expertise smoothly guided us through the buying and selling process. She was always available and answered all of our questions promptly. She spent as much time with us as we needed and made us feel very comfortable considering buying and selling a home can be a stressful situation. i would highly recommend Mindy if you're looking for an agent. You will be in good hands!
