We appreciate all the support Keerthi Gajula provided during the sale of our townhome. She was always approachable and easy to work with, making herself available whenever we needed guidance. Throughout the process, she listened to our requirements carefully, took our feedback positively, and adjusted things as we requested, whether it was updating the listing, making changes in the details, or scheduling open houses as needed. Her ability to explain things clearly and provide insights at the right time made the process easier to understand and more manageable for us. We also valued the way Keerthi Gajula followed up proactively with other realtors, ensured timely communication, and even helped us with realtor credits where possible. Her responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile gave us confidence that the sale was being handled diligently. Overall, it was a smooth and cooperative experience, and we are thankful for her professionalism and support in successfully closing the sale.
